The website builders are a total pain and seem more complicated than writing code. Beaver builder is the one ive had the most experience with, its frustrating but you eventually learn how to get around it.  I learned through a mix of trial and error and taking a lot of screenshots while describing what I was trying to do to Gemini pro in aistudio and Claude web. I at least had other pages to kind of reference and build off in most cases. The one positive about beaver builder was you can still use custom css, javascript, and html targeting specific elements if what you're trying to do through the website builder isn't working (or even if it is). You still end up learning this way, as you'll end up repeating the same patterns. I would also take screenshots and ask for possible improvements to both AIs.  I hate WordPress though, and we're trying to convince clients that still use it to switch to Next.js or something else.
