Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. One account per person; sharing credentials is not permitted.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice for the next renewal cycle.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, resell, or redistribute MonetScope content without a written license.
• Reverse-engineer or circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content; harass other users.
• Use the Service to train competing machine-learning models.
• Interfere with the Service's availability or security.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

MonetScope curates and synthesizes publicly available discussions into opportunity reports. The platform, its AI-generated analyses, scoring, and UI are owned by MonetScope and protected by copyright and other laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the reports for your own research and business decisions. Quotes and evidence cited in reports remain the property of their original authors.

5. No Investment Advice

MonetScope provides research and decision-support tooling — not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Scores, validations, and Investment Memos are AI-generated summaries with inherent uncertainty. Before acting on any idea, conduct independent due diligence and consult qualified professionals.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, modify, or remove features, and may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or place the Service at risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that reports are accurate, complete, or current.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MonetScope's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraud. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive termination.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
