commentIm running into this issue myself. It comes down to the fact that its two separate crowds. Do you only want devs to self host it, or do you want to offer some zdr solution that's a subscription that covers you managing the API's for someone. I've buckled down and hooked up free tier models, as well as left the door open for people to self host it themselves. 90% of your customerbase is not going to want to hit the terminal or github to use the app. If someone uses google or outlook and doesnt want to use cloud AI I think they need to reconsider their views lol
