[EZQR](https://ezqr.ca) has all of these things at $50/y, or there's ME-QR at $150/y. Most other big generator sites have a cap around 250 in their highest non-enterprise plans (ex: QRCode Penguin at $130/y for 1000 codes max). Based on your other post, you're also looking for a client-editable LinkTree style thing, is that correct? If you've made that already, custom domain definitely is the way to go. Otherwise, maybe look for a generator that includes something like this too.
