Then, when I saw the pricing plans and how much is gated to the premium plan, I lost a lot of interest. $15/month is a lot and a hard ask for something like this, especially when I'm already paying for Ai coding tools which usually work well, at least good enough. Honestly, I think you had an interesting idea to start with and then arrived at a pricing model in your head. Then you decided to add a ton of features to justify that price. If you removed all the AI features, maybe reduced the storage size and dropped the price to like $5/month, I'd probably try it out for a month (and pay) and decide to continue paying or not.
