As a software engineer with over a decade of experience, I'd never use this, not even if it was free. If someone on my team even suggested this as a potential option, I'd strongly oppose it while also questioning their opinion for as long as we ever worked together. Your target customer is most likely developers and engineering teams, right? The type of people that would notoriously rather spend a weekend building a custom solution instead of using excel? Not only is your product built entirely on top of another one, which you have no control over, I just don't see how anyone would want to pay for this versus just cloning it over a weekend. It would be one thing if it was a template or something that you were selling for a one time purchase. I could maybe, MAYBE see that making a $100-200/year. But I really recommend calling this a dumb idea and moving on.
